Jennifer Lichok, B.A.
Research Project Assistant

Jennifer joined the Youth and Family Training Institute in September 2015 as a research project assistant. She provides administrative support to the Youth and Family Training Institute, as well as coordinating trainings for Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic’s Family Based Mental Health Services. While she is new to High Fidelity Wraparound, she has spent most of her career working in the mental health field.

Jennifer began her career at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC as a conference planner where she coordinated conferences and trainings for mental health professionals and consumers. She has also worked as a communications specialist for UPMC Corporate Communications, and at various part-time jobs, her favorite being a library aide at an elementary school. She is thrilled to be back at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic and looks forward to the challenges of her new role.    

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Penn State Behrend with a minor in history. She is married and has three remarkable young sons who keep her very busy. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
